Our unique and robust Graduate Support Program is integral to the incredible results we have achieved.
Presently, 207 of our graduates are navigating their academic journey through high school and college with the support and guidance of Graduate Support personnel. GSP staff also work with our seventh and eighth graders who are preparing for the high school admission process. A total of 240 students are currently served and supported by GSP over their 12-year academic journey.

During the ages of 12 to 18, it is tempting for adolescents to give in to peer pressure. Kids are making decisions that will impact the rest of their lives. That’s why Graduate Support is so important to our continuing success. We help our students set goals based on their personal needs, and we guide them throughout their educational journeys.
At times our graduates are overwhelmed by the transition to high schools where they are often the economic and racial minority. Between 15-20 graduates come back to SMPA every day to take advantage of the resources provided by our Graduate Support staff and to get the academic and emotional support they need to thrive in prestigious schools.
